I was pondering about working abroad and about the things that will happen if I work outside of the country.
Then I noticed my kids dancing.
Would I rather be with foreigners than be with Dancing Angels?

Who's afraid of Dying?
My son is. And, he does not want me and his dad to die either. Just the other night my son asked me if I will ever get old. I automatically said yes. He then started crying and became hysterical! He then prayed to God to not let me get old – ever. I told him everyone will get old. He then asked if I will die if I get old. I told him everyone will die. And, he said he never want me to die.
He said , he’ll be good. He’ll do whatever I want him to do just to promise him I won’t die. I have already explained to him that dying is good because that's the only way we can get to see our God and he seemed convinced. But then, he asked me will they bury you? I said, yes. And he disagreed again. He never want the idea of me being buried and be eaten by worms. LOL.
I asked him to keep praying for me and his dad so God will not take us yet.
Please Lord, do not take me yet, not until my family is ready.

Who is My President?
A lot of us have been waiting for this day. I do. This is the 40th day of the death of former President Corazon Aquino and this is also the day set by Sen. Noynoy Aquino to declare whether or not he will vie as president for 2010 Elections on not.
At about 8:10 am today at the Club Filipino in San Juan, Metro Manila, Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino said he will run as President under Liberal Party. In his announcement he said “I am accepting the plea of the citizens. I’m accepting the legacy of my parents. I also accept the responsibility to continue the fight for our people. I am accepting to lead the fight. My countrymen, I will run for president this coming elections. I will continue the fight. Thank you very much.”
He hopes to run with Mar Roxas, who just gave in his desire to run as president for Noynoy.
I am still undecided who to vote. I still have to listen to more forums and speeches to decide. And, of course, I still need to pray about it.
To everyone like me who is still undecided who to vote for, I encourage you to go and find the book, Rizal is My President. I have always admired Jose Rizal. I liked his idea of education. He never got tired of improving himself. He is a genius which is why he was admired and revered even by other countries.
In this book by Napoleon Almonte, showed how we can choose a leader by showing some qualities that a true leader must have. He gave 40 traits that a leader must possess. These 40 tips also help bring out the Hero in everyone.
Another good book that every Filipino must have.

Reunited
I was excited yesterday, Sunday, since I had a dinner date with my long time friends. These are my classmates in elementary years.
We were so excited to see each other and to talk about a lot of things. We have talked about how things were when we were in elementary. We remembered good old days. We talked about our classmates, our teachers, our gimmicks back then.
We never stopped laughing. I remembered one incident back then when we were doing our gardening. There's no Farmville yet, but we had to harvest what we had planted. We were asked to plant "petchay". When I was about to harvest it, I saw a worm.
I immediately ran to my teacher and informed her of the worm that I saw. She then took the worm and pressed it on my head while saying, "Para uod lang eh."
I couldn't remember if I cried or not, but the incident did not change me..I'm still afraid of "uod." LOL.
We promised that won't be the last. We planned to meet again this November.
Hopefully next time it's longer and hope we can have photos as souvenirs too.

I missed my friends
I consider myself so lucky to have found good friends. And, I am so much thankful that God let me have them in my life.
These are the friends that I have met so many years ago and thank God our friendship survived.
We rarely see each other but once we do it's like nothing has changed. We'll start at where we have ended. :)
Lord, thank you so much for these people and may You live with each and everyone of them and bless them everyday.
